Mrs Beckham was last week treated to a lavish baby shower, thrown by her friends Eva Longoria and Ken Paves.
A-list friends including Demi Moore, Selma Blair, Rachel Zoe and Tana attended the party at their Los Angeles home.
The baby bash came after Beckham and Brooklyn were involved in a multiple-car pile-up on one of the busiest freeways in Los Angeles during rush hour.
